We’ll establish the framework of your trip and collaboratively develop an itinerary that’s fine-tuned for you.  Everything will be arranged...luxury accommodations, tours tailored to your interests, exclusive, behind the scenes access to major attractions, private, fully vetted drivers, and dining and spa reservations.  We’ll ensure that no stone is left unturned and that your itinerary is seamlessly complete.  Because we put a tremendous amount of effort and care into every detail of your trip, we do charge an upfront planning fee for our services.

A few weeks prior to your departure, we’ll send your final itinerary, including the details of your guide contacts, timings of transfers and transportation, dinner reservations, and all things extraordinary for your trip.  You’ll travel like a VIP - our affiliation with Travel Experts, a Virtuoso member, gives us access to book exclusive perks and upgrades you won’t get on your own.  And we’ll remain engaged with you throughout, watching every step of your trip and staying in touch until you return home.
